House rules

PARKING The driveway can park 7 cars. Do not park on the street. Please tell your guests as it could result in a fine. CHECK-OUT No later than 10am. $25 per 15 minutes will be charged after 10am. We only have 6 hours to turn the house before the next guest so our cleaners have to work quickly. BEFORE YOU LEAVE Please empty the refrigerator. Load and start dishwasher. Take out the trash. Lock the doors. NO PARTIES/EVENTS No parties, events, or large gatherings. No unregistered guests without prior approval. It can result in a fine and immediate termination of your access to the property. MOVING ITEMS If you move items (furniture, mattresses, etc.), please put them back before you leave. There will be a $50 charge for the first piece and $25 per additional if we have to call someone out to move items back to their original location. PETS Maximum of 2 dogs are allowed with a pet fee per pet. Please clean up after your pet. Dogs are allowed downstairs on the tile only. No dogs upstairs.

Michelle's place was ideal for a large group with kids. Despite having young babies, we were able to fish comfortably with them. We caught so many crabs using fishing rods, and plenty of Black drums as well! Even though it was quite windy, with gusts reaching 34 mph, we could barely stand on the beach. However, at the Airbnb, the wind was hardly noticeable, which was such a relief. Everyone slept well and enjoyed the fire pit, swings, and jacuzzi. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back soon!

Michelle and Zachary were very responsive and friendly hosts. Their place was as represented, very accommodating with lots of areas to spread out and enjoy. We really enjoyed our stay and we look forward to returning for a longer stay in the future.
